Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the organization’s daily accounting operations, end of month processes and yearly reporting requirements
  • Prepare monthly management reports for the Board and CFO
  • Prepare annual budgets including forecasting and cash flow modelling
  • Engage in ongoing cost analysis and implementation of cost reduction strategies
  • Mentor of the administration team in relation to financial transactions
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in relation to financial matters
  • Manage, monitor and report on as necessary cash flows, liquidity, accounts payable. ..etc.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Undertake other duties as required within the scope and level as directed by the Financial Controller.

Job Requirements

  • At least 7 years or relevant experience including minimum 3 years in a similar position.
  • Must be have at least one of the following certificates (CMA /CA/CPA)
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Advanced ERP experience is a great advantage.
  • Experience leading and driving the success of a team and contributing at a strategic and high level
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
  • Able to drive decision making and influence others
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Understanding of business and financial impacts of operational decisions.
