Job Description
- Develop the training materials with respect to the company's training methodologies including (for example):
- Learning Objectives
- Instructional Guide (for training course day-by-day)
- Trainer guide
- Trainee manual
- Training presentation
- Conducts training programs and workshops
- Demonstrate a comprehensive and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline.
- Maintain the training materials and programs to ensure the training needs are met and the material is up-to-date
- Work with Training management team to identify best practices.
- Design and Implement e-learning videos
- Observes trainees and answers their questions
- Administrates practical exams to evaluate trainees' performance (conducts pre and after training evaluation)
- Important: This job is a "part-time" job, and successful candidate will work as a trainer whenever is needed (on-demand)
Job Requirements
Successful candidates should have:
- Proven previous work experience
- Strong Skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong Skills in Adobe Illustrator
- Good presentation skills (preferred to have completed TOT)
