Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a Lead software tester involved in the quality control/assurance stage of software development and deployment.
- Conduct automated and manual testing to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Software testing involves the analysis of software and systems, to overt risk and prevents software issues.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with the customers to understand the project's scope.
- Identify the tools for test reports, test management, test automation, and educate the team on how to use those tools.
- Lead the Quality Control team and coordinate their daily activities to ensure optimum planning of resources and a fully-motivated, competent workforce
- Make sure that testing team is aligned with 3DDX quality standard
- Define the project/release risks and issues related to testing phase.
- Analyze and prepare impact analysis for proposed change requests.
- Define test methods,create test plans including test cases and testing scenarios.
- Monitor the systems’ performance to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements
- Create test reports to summarize project status
- Define the testing type and testing strategy based on the project nature and approve it from Development manager for the release/ project.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Sc. degree: Information technology, Computer science, Computer Engineering or other related filed.
- 7+ years of related experience in Software Testing/QC
- ISTQB (Foundation).
- ISTQB (Advanced) levels is a plus.
- Knowledge of automated testing, and performance tools.
