Job Description
- Identify customer needs and develop innovations/concepts within the category to ensure the forecasted growth of the category as per strategy.
- Execute analyses of customer needs and market situation incl. competitors
- Monitor, analyze and secure the product sales, profitability and competitiveness
- Follow the Brand Strategy and develop plans and targets for the category and ensure that these are communicated and known to the network.
- Develop supporting material and technical tools for the network in order to motivate and support sales.
- Work together with external governing bodies where relating to the category and Jotun Paints' interests (i.e local regulations and standards which will have an impact on the product portfolio, development, category or segment).
- Assortment control, Responsible for packaging, cans, labels, codes and SKU’s.
- Periodically provide sales analysis for the decorative categories.
