Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
- Conducting audits of payroll, leaves, attendance, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Establishes and implements short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Prepares correspondence, reports, and other department documents.
- Provides specialized support to other departments and managers.
- Provides the employees with all the supportive HR & Admin services
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, or related area.
- 0 to 2 years' of experience working in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cairo resident.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Motivated, Energetic, A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible to Overtime working hours and traveling.
