Job Description
- To manage the showroom, leading growth and constant improvement of the showroom
- To achieve sales and generate profit while developing new business opportunities and increasing customers' satisfaction.
- Oversee all sales orders implemented on daily basis to monitor sales activities.
- Review quantities of products in showroom per category to ensure their availability for sales activities and request products from warehouse or other branches if needed.
- Review all products records on the system to request providing new products to showroom in case of unavailability.
- Review regularly payment collection process to provide assistance if needed.
- Inform supplier agents of customer's request for products that need to be imported to initiate the process.
- Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or future markets to identifying opportunities and threats.
- Submit monthly reports to management on sales activities to keep them informed with progress of sales.
- Analyze reports quarterly and compare them with historical information to monitor progress.
- Prepare reports on regular clients and customers to be shared with the marketing team.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products to be able to meet the sales targets.
- Follow up delivery of goods to customers as well as contacting customers to inform them of new products of potential interests.
- Train the sales representative on representation, conduct, etiquette and ethics in meeting the client to ensure proper presentation of company and increase their ability to perform their job well.
- Maintain showroom staff job result by counseling and disciplining employees: planning, monitoring and appraising job results to ensure their performance meets expectations.
- Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans to achieve goals following method of first in, first out (FIFO) to avoid having stagnant products.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed to assist in meeting organizational goals.
- Oversee and ensure the sparkling cleanliness of the showroom and follow up on the visits of the visual merchandiser.
