Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the annual product plan with product managers and senior management of the company.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget of the company with the senior management of the company.
- Planning to open new branches by studying places in order to expand the company's activity.
- Monitoring the productivity of the business from registration of requests and follow-up issuance of funding for customers and collection of premiums
- Follow up district managers to achieve performance that enables the company to achieve the target.
- Evaluate the current and emerging conditions with regard to loans and financial services provided to the company's customers to achieve the highest profitability of the company
- Evaluate proposals for the development of work to ensure that the service provided to the customers of the company easily and high quality
- Participate in the preparation of the company's credit policies and ensure the correct and accurate application.
- Follow-up of branches in granting loans, fixing errors and calculating risks.
- General supervision of the branches of the company and review the evaluation of managers to ensure their competence and ability to carry out their functions.
- Develop new customer offerings and incentives for branch employees to achieve the target.
- Conducting workshops to identify problems affecting the performance of district managers and branch managers.
- Follow-up training plans as well as ensures the implementation of periodic training for all levels of administrative
- Participate in the development of products and services provided to customers with sufficient officials by searching for new services and changing product mechanisms.
- Conduct a review of advertising design coordination with the marketing company regarding designs and brand to maintain corporate identity.

- التخطيط لفتح فروع جديدة عن طريق دراسة الأماكن بهدف التوسع في نشاط الشركة .
- متابعة الإنتاجية لقطاع الأعمال من تسجيل للطلبات ومتابعة إصدار التمويل للعملاء وتحصيل الأقساط
- متابعة مديري المناطق للوصول للأداء الذي يمكن الشركة من تحقيق المستهدف .
- تقييم الأوضاع الراهنة والمستجدة فيما يخص القروض والخدمات المالية المقدمة لعملاء الشركة لتحقيق أعلى ربحية للشركة
- تقييم المقترحات الخاصة بتطوير العمل لضمان خروج الخدمة المقدمة لعملاء الشركة بسهولة وجوده عالية
- المشاركة في إعداد السياسات الائتمانية للشركة و التأكد من تطبيق صحيح و دقيق لها.
- متابعة اعمال الفروع في منح القروض وتحديد الأخطاء واحتساب المخاطر.
- الاشراف العام على فروع الشركة ومراجعه تقييم المديرين للتأكد من كفاءتهم وقدرتهم على القيام بمهامهم الوظيفية.
- تطوير عروض جديدة للعملاء وحوافز للعاملين بالفروع للتمكن من تحقيق المستهدف.
- القيام بعمل ورش عمل للتعرف على المشاكل التي تؤثر في أداء مديري المناطق و مديرين الفروع.
- متابعة خطط التدريب وكذلك التأكد من تنفيذ التدريب الدوري لكافة المستويات الإدارية بالفروع.
- المشاركة فيي تطوير المنتجات والخدمات المقدمة للعملاء مع كاف المسئولين عن طريق البحث عن خدمات جديدة وتغيير آليات المنتجات.
- القيام بمراجعة تصميم الاعلانات التنسيق مع شركة التسويق بخصوص التصميمات والعلامة التجارية للحفاظ علي الهوية المؤسسية.
