Job Duties:
- Responsible for daily and monthly work plan
- Supervision of coding new customers
- Organizing work of telesales team
- Follow-up to the customer sale and achievement
- Train new members of telesales
- Motivate team
- The ability to complete tasks and achieve results
- Coordination between the Telesales team and the rest of the work teams
