Job Duties and Tasks:
- Conduct cold calling to none or potential customers.
- Achieving monthly target.
- Answer all customer inquires during calls.
- Perform contacts within quality standards.
- Enter information into a computer as you are speaking with customers.
- Summarize the contact and explain what will happen next.
- Interact with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet established productivity goals: sales, call handling time, records accuracy.
- Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
- Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare sales reports on daily, weekly and monthly base.
- Places a minimum of 70 outbound calls each day
- Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience in Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills.
- Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Detail and Multi Tasking oriented.
- Ability to sit for a long time.
- Superior closing skills
