Job Description

Objective of the job

Develop the institution's services to become at the best level and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction for all agricultural, residential and security services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Adoption of an annual and three-year plan for the development of the institution and its approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Preparing an annual operating plan that includes the manpower required to implement the plan and having it approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Submitting a quarterly report on the financial and service position of the institution and determining the causes of deviation, if any.
  • Compliance with the institution's regulations and organizing laws.
  • Training and development of employees.
  • Ensure that there is a plan to replace leaders.
  • Suggesting sources and projects to increase the institution's income.
  • Commitment to the determinants set by the Board of Directors for security, repair of water, electricity and gas malfunctions, removal and disposal of waste, and road cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all public places are planted, coordinated and fresh.
  • Good dealing with external parties while maintaining the distinguished position of the institution among them.
  • Work to implement the institution's regulations mentioned in the organization's instructions.
  • Carrying out the duties of the CEO in all work related to all departments
  • Supervising, controlling and organizing all departments, and developing and implementing plans.

Departments that will be under his direct management:

  • Security - Water - Services - Financial - Protection - Membership Affairs - Engineering - Surveying - Legal - Individuals, Procurement and Internal Audit.

His powers:

  • Appointment and dismissal of workers below his job level by two degrees.
  • Determining the bonus for employees with two levels below it, and whose recommendations must be presented to the Board of Directors, which approves or amends them
  • Granting bonuses to any of the employees within half a month except for two levels below it, which require the approval of the Board of Directors in addition to its approval for more than half a month’s bonus
  • Purchases within the range of 20,000 pounds, with compliance with regulations and laws.

Job Requirements

  • Age at least 40 years old.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Engineering.
  • Holds a postgraduate degree or Studies in management.
  • 5 years of experience in managing an institution or company with a capital of at least 100 million pounds and the number of its employees more than 100 employees and has several  department  ( security, service, engineering departments,…...)
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferably someone with experience in legal affairs.
