Job Description
- Initiate contact with potential vendors and key accounts
- Provide support throughout the onboarding process
- Develop initial marketing communications and outreach strategies
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper account setup and service activation
- Monitor the flow of B2B orders on the marketplace
- Organize and process vendor data
- Utilize Excel and other data management tools
- Monitor data quality and address inconsistencies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in vendor management and negotiation
- Ability to manage service contracts and ensure compliance with company standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor service quality
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for vendor management
