Job Description
- Responsible for Inbound calls
- Responsible Outbound calls
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain customers satisfaction level by calling them according to scheduled action plan
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
