Job Description
- To receive the equipment, spare parts in a proper maintains according to Packing list for foreign supplies and purchase order for local parts.
- To ensure the correctness of the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of the incoming shipments.
- Perform stock related duties like coding, labeling, issuing, returning, and packing the parts in a time manner and according to SOPs.
- Perform all stock movements records in time with reviewing it to avoid any discrepancies or unconfirmed stock.
- To ensure accurate counting of the parts received and issued.
- Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse due to parts categorization.
- Keeping high standards for the storage rooms, shelves, and spare parts in the store is essential to ensuring proper safety and hygiene.
- Ensure storage of inventory follow the first in first out (FIFO) Strategy.
- Establish the inventory list for counting weekly for fast moving items, periodic and quarterly for all inventory.
- Provide periodic reports on work progress All that is assigned to him by the senior management.
- Provide executable solutions to deal with situations and emergency conditions with the least possible losses.
- Suggest actions that will improve work performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as storekeeper.
- Maximum age 35 years.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Ability to plan, organize and manage time.
- Must be Cairo resident and near from El-Maadi is preferable.
