Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer

Leads and directs all the subordinates from Maintenance Technicians. 

Records spare parts transaction on the SAP system.

Follow up and distribute the machines maintenance on the Maintenance staff

Assists in setting the periodical Maintenance plans.

Analyses and improve the Maintenance process in order to save time.

Prepares the annual Maintenance program in coordination with the direct Manager

Prepares the needed information in order to make the periodical reports as needed (Daily/Monthly/Yearly)

Engenders a spirit of teamwork amongst members and encourages them to higher levels of performance through leadership and motivational initiatives.

Prioritizes and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area

Ensures the safety and operation of the firefighting network, fire alarm network, and cameras, and preparing their reports.

Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, down-time and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.

Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environmental and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets and meet their community responsibilities.

Acts as source of technical expertise, employing high-level analytical and investigative techniques, in order to troubleshoot major and complex problems. 

Monitors inventory levels to ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for planned activities. Assesses the performance and quality of spare parts and consumables and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Proven experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
