Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
Develop and implement production plans in line with business requirements.
Monitor production performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Optimize production processes and minimize waste and downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Lead, manage, and develop the production team.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in the glass industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage production teams and achieve operational targets.
