Job Description
- Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them the correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Must have excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
- Give emergency first aid if needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience working as a personal trainer for at least 1-3 years in the clubs providing personal training services.
- Good knowledge of gym equipments and the right way of using it.
- Ability to coach
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
- Ability to lead the team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
- Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Be licensed as a trainer in each field of experience.
- At least 1 year of experience.
