Job Description
- Client appointments management and customer care
- Planning, organizing and directing the daily operations and activities within the clinic
- provide the board/top management with a strategic plan for the clinic
- Update the clinic’s current policies & procedures after coordination with the board.
- Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies as needed, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Overseeing the purchasing, and repair/periodical maintenance of clinic equipment.
Financial responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper accounting for the clinic transactions
- Ensuring the accuracy of the financial reports/statements and the reporting to the board on time
- Review & analyze clinic financial performance vs the target
- Analyzing and evaluating financial and the operational situation of other competitors and making reports for management
Job Requirements
- English fluency

- 3-5 years of experience as a clinic/office general Manager, preferably in the medical field.
