Job Description
- Expenses Monthly Review to assure the accuracy of Expenses book keeping.
- Prepare Monthly P&L with analysis Budget Vs. Actual & standard Cost Vs. Actual.
- Prepare Monthly P&L Management report.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standards cost with actual production cost.
- Participate in the planning scenarios (Forecast & annual budget) preparation.
- Participate in the controlling the Actual Vs. Budget control for all cost components
- Perform Sales, material and manufacturing cost variance analysis.
- Coordinate periodic physical inventory counts and maintain inventory aging reports
- Monitor and analysis process orders variances.
- Prepare quarterly disclosure upon request for internal Audit & external.
- Other reports will be requested according to business needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- +4 years of experience in Costing Function
- Previous experience in Big Manufacturing Companies Must (Chemicals will be a plus)
- Must have a full understanding of Standard cost approach using ERP system
- Must have worked using known ERP systems ( Orycal is a plus)
- Preferred experience in managing & Monitor Warehouses
- Strong analytical skills & cost saving driven.
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with other colleges within different functions in the finance department or other departments
- Very good in English &Speed user of Microsoft Office Specially excel Mandatory (Vlookup -sumifs-Pivot tables….etc)
- Ability to meet expected deadlines & can work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
