Job Description
Sales Manager For a VVIP Luxury Concierge Company .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
o Prospect new clients through direct outreach, cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
o Understand and cater to the unique needs of affluent clients, offering them our luxury services (e.g., travel, exclusive reservations, loyalty memberships, private events).
o Present tailored concierge services to clients, emphasizing value and exclusivity.
o Convert leads into clients by closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat businessfollow-up and requesting from current client for new contact requests (Friends or Coworkers)
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and handling any concerns promptly.
o Keep clients informed about new offerings, exclusive promotions, or changes to services.
3. Sales Reporting & Targets:
o Achieve specific weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
o Track leads, sales, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
o Provide regular weekly sales performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Stay informed about trends in the luxury market and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
o Identify new business opportunities based on client needs and market demand.
5. Team Collaboration & Service Coordination:
o Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met during service delivery.
o Ensure that all services are provided efficiently, maintaining the luxury standard expected by clients.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience:
o Proven track record in sales, especially in luxury services, hospitality, or high-net-worth individualmarkets.
o Experience using CRM software and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
o Strong knowledge of luxury products and services, with the ability to tailor offerings to individual clients.
o Self-motivated, able to work independently and meetthe targets the soonest.
• Education:
o A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the salesperson has significant sales experience.
