Job Description

  1. Nurture a positive working environment and design and implement employee retention programs.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall university strategy. 
  3. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  5. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  6. Oversee and implement the performance management system that drives high performance and continuous improvement.
  7. Maintain and suggest the pay plan and the benefits program.
  8. Supervise the whole training process from assessing training needs in the university, prepare training and development plan, oversee the implementation. 
  9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  10. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  11. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all policies and regulations.
  12. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
  13. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  14. Ensure all university HR policies are applied consistently
  15. Supervise the completion of employee file and records and updates its data regularly ensuring that it meets the social insurance and labor law requirements.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc/BA in Human Resources or a similar field.
  2. Professional HR Diploma is a Must.
  3. SHRM or similar certificates is preferable.
  4. MBA is a must.
  5. Excellent command of English language.
  6. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive positions.
  7. People oriented and results driven.
  8. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  9. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  10. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  11. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  12. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the university.
  13. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
