Job Description
- Identify, lead and support strategy initiatives that supports the company’s strategic goals.
- Support others in Business to refine and enhance their strategies, and ensure alignment with the overall Business strategy.
- Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyze, identify and communicate requirements for change.
- Identify and measuring key performance indicators and establish critical success factors.
