Job Description
- Follow up the material requirements planning (MRP) function, which is responsible for maintaining strategic safety stock for all materials, placing purchase orders (POs), follow on all deliveries, follow on consumption v s bill of materials (BOM), and supervise the capacities of all materials warehouses.
- Follow up the production planning (PP) function, which calculates the rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP), prepare machines production scheduling, and maximize utilization of all machines.
- Execute the material budget planning function, which aims for minimizing cost and achieving the highest quality possible by following the economical production batches, choosing the most efficient BOM for the season; maintain close communication with procurement to achieve better deals with suppliers, and provide annual variable cost for each SKU, which determines the selling price for each SKU.
- Follow up the sales and operations planning (S&OP) function, which is responsible for maintaining strategic safety stock of finished goods, avoid any out of stock of finished goods, balance between supply and demand, control cost of goods sold (COGS) for each SKU and monitor the average selling price, issue short term and long term production plans,
- study the capacity of all facilities, warehouses and trucks, and issue annual report with recommendation for adding more resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply chain, Logistics, Statistics, commerce or Engineering.
- + 10 years' experience in FMCG or pastry
- MS office applications are a must, Knowledge of ERP System is necessary.
Training/ Professional certificates:
- Have Applied the Concept of "Make to stock " & "Make to Order "
- APICS CPIM is a plus
- APICS CSCP is a plus
- APICS CLTD is a plus
- Six Sigma is a plus
