Job Description
- Draft and highlight the terms and conditions of contracts as updates become available.
- Work with all relevant departments involved teams to ensure contracts are in compliance.
- Create and maintain a digital and paper system of contracts, other documentation, and records.
- Ensure the issuance of Variation Orders according to the contract condition in a timely manner.
- Work on Claims according to the contract condition in participation, Generally, with all project teams and mainly with Planning & Cost Control Team.
- Attend project meetings and discussions with and external clients.
- Ensure the official submission of contracts is in place.
- Drafting official correspondence to the client & subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Construction Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
- 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
- CLAC & FIDIC 1987/1999 contract conditions are preferred and PMP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced analytical thinking skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong leadership skills.
- Very Good Level Speaking & Writing English
