Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- To generate and maximise income through the leasing of Ambient media and selling Sponsorships and contributing to the Specialty Leasing Revenue and overall Business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan
- Business Development
- Retail Presentation Standards
- Effective relationship management with the Lessees
- Forecasting potential revenue within Ambient media and Forecasting
- Effective Management and storage of SL equipment inventory (like Ambient Media etc)
JOB CONTEXT
- The role will entail to maximize incremental income for DFC Mall and contribute in the achievement of department target through implementation of a competitive and innovative Specialty Leasing initiatives directed at marketing, promoting and leasing of common mall to external organizations/ associations/ agencies and specialty leasing operators.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Preference is Education up to degree level, whist tertiary qualification in sales and marketing would be an advantage. However, if the candidate has the right know-how of the job, the above could be disregarded.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of sales and marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a media / events management company/ mall leasing/ property development
- Job-Specific Skills: Sales and Relationship Management skills
