Job Description
The Marketing Communications Officer will be, first and foremost, accountable for executing the communication and branding plans of the university’s brand and services to its main constituency of students and their parents, as well as important stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of its delivery.
- Ensure cascading it to different functions and programs.
- Review the digital and media content, promotional materials, presentation content and any marketing material to ensure its quality and adherence to UH brand guidelines.
- Ideate and run internal marketing campaigns to strengthen brand recognition and ambassadorship within the university community.
- Liaise with different academic and non-academic departments to ensure the coherence of branding and communication efforts, and sufficient communication of internal/on campus achievements and unique selling points to the general public.
- Follow up with suppliers and agencies as required.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: BA degree as a minimum (major in areas such as marketing, communication, journalism, psychology, or advertising)
Experience: 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Communications Officer or a related role.
