Job Description
- day-to-day operations of Operation Costing account to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Prepare actual prices of main raw material such as paper.
- Reconciliation and correction of monthly deviation in relation with main raw material, final product, spare parts and auxiliary material.
- Follow up and reconcile the accounts related to raw material warehouse.
- Evaluate monthly productivity through the additions of final product warehouse.
- Evaluate sales forecast cost.
- Responsible for analyzing all the deviations of raw material used and submit a report by it.
- Collect, prove and analyze purchase account cost of raw material and add it to the SAP system.
- Prepare product returns costs and prove that it is computerized.
- Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
- Matching the amounts of variety of products with their original invoices.
- Prepare account transactions related to the spending on main and operating raw material, assets and inventory, and packing and packaging material
- Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
Job Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
- relevant experience in Inventory and Asset Account and cost accounting
