- Carries responsibility for achieving the regional sales objectives in terms of placement, value, and profitability to achieve business objectives.
- Seek sales opportunities and forecasts to ensure achieving Aman’s profitable growth and expansion plans at his region.
- Places and monitors Company’s machine as per the company’s strategy to deepen and widen distribution.
- Ensures proper implementation of consumer and trade promotions in his region to ensure effectiveness.
- Ensures the protection of the company trade assets in the market place.
- Ensures the proper handling of all customers complains to maintain high customer service level.
- Monitors and control sales KPIs including company receivables and salesmen shortages to ensure a high level of discipline within the sales force.
- Hire, develop and retain the sales force as well as train and motivate the entire sales team in his region.
- Maintain a high level of relationship with key customers (wholesalers/distributors) to ensure sustainable growth.
- Monitor competition activities in his region and recommend action plans.
- Propose and re-engineer sales routes to ensure high-performance level.
- Acts as the focal point of contact between the assigned sales area and all other departments within the company.
- Responsible for reporting any system breakdown to ensure business continuity.
- Responsible for having an updated database to ensure proper customer records.
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly market reports highlighting issues and activities for the management.
- Carries responsibility for the staffing for the assigned area, as well as the performance appraisal for subordinates.
- Ensures implementation of POSM in the market place to enhance trade visibility.
