Job Description
- Design learning experiences synchronous and asynchronous including activities, case studies, facilitation manual, learner guide/handbook, lesson plan, etc..
- Responsible for the content design and development of classroom, virtual programs
- Develop assessment and assignment to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training
- Communicate with SMEs to get the content in their area of expertise
- Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop learning programs
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
- Design gamified learning experience for ILT training
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods
- Observe and provide feedback on instructional techniques, presentation methods, or instructional aids
- Managing instructional design projects
- Research and evaluate emerging instructional technologies or methods
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from Commerce or related field
- Work experience not less than 4 years as an Instructional designer
- Experience in training is a plus
- Financial background is a plus
- Excellent command of English language
