Position: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Remote
Salary: Competitive USD-based monthly salary + bonuses (salary based on experience)
Working Hours: U.S. Timezone (EST) – Looking to cover 3 shifts across multiple times

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and dispatching cleaning teams using software (like BookingKoala or similar)
Managing inbound and outbound sales calls with clients (must speak clear English)
Handling reschedules, follow-ups, and last-minute changes efficiently
Communicating with cleaners to confirm arrival, job progress, and completion
Updating CRM and client notes, maintaining accurate records
Following SOPs for onboarding new clients and supporting back-end operations

Handling customer service issues with professionalism and empathy
