Internship Description

  • Building Relationships: Greeting and welcoming the clients & vendors, making them feel valued and at home.
  • Multi-Tasking: Managing multiple appointments, managing schedules, and supporting various departments seamlessly.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining an organized front office, assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Being A Communication Hub: Acting as the central point for information flow, managing incoming calls, Emails and inquires; directing them to the appropriate staff. 

Internship Start date: November 2024.
