Assist in the optimization of production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Support the engineering team in developing, implementing, and maintaining production procedures.
Conduct research and analysis on production systems, identifying areas for improvement.

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in production processes, manufacturing technology, and process optimization.
Basic knowledge of production systems, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Motivated, eager to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
