Job Title: Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives to achieve set sales targets. The role involves setting goals, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent sales execution to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide continuous support and guidance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analyze individual and team performance.
  • Train and develop the skills of sales team members.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and improve field/tele-sales processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure operational alignment

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
     

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate others.
