The intern will gain practical experience in talent activation and engagement by:
- Reaching out (Calling & Sending SMSs) to inactive job seekers on Forasna platform, encouraging them to reactivate their accounts to improve job visibility and career growth.
- Assisting job seekers in enhancing their profiles by updating their information, showcasing their skills, and optimizing their profiles to attract employers.
- Identifying matching job opportunities on the platform and, where needed, applying on behalf of job seekers to help connect them with the right roles.
- Providing support and advice to help job seekers understand how to maintain an updated and compelling profile on the platform for ongoing engagement.
This internship provides valuable insights into the talent activation process and experience in customer support within a tech-driven recruitment platform.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage job seekers positively and professionally over calls and digital channels.

- Availability for a 3-Month Commitment: This is a full-time internship with potential for extension based on performance.
