Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented intern to assist with the management, documentation, and filing of company records. This role involves supporting the administrative team by maintaining an organized filing system, scanning, sorting, and categorizing documents, and ensuring that all records are accessible and properly stored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files.
- Label and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
- Scan and upload documents into the company's digital filing system.
- Assist in retrieving files and information as needed by team members.
- Ensure files are stored securely and in compliance with company policies.
- Help maintain the organization of file rooms and archives.
The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements
- 6th of October resident.
