Job Description:
- Continuous improvement and maintenance of the Manufacturing Know-how Transfer and Training (MKT2) program to help develop and standardize operator knowledge and capability, aiming for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Developing training material for new or current operators from reference DTI modules or from local training material using the DTI pedagogical standard, and coordinate the development of assessments to measure operator skills.
- Communicate with the operators to ensure the smooth operation of the training process.
- Participate in projects targeting competence gap reduction and improving operator skills.
- Facilitate the generation of contributions from SGGE employees and follow-up the completion of these ideas with Area Managers or Section Supervisors.
- Communicate with the MKT2 Central Team the training and development performance of the plant, and/or the troubleshooting of the MKT2Pass or Storyline.
- Participate in the deployment of the WCM, EHS, ISO 9000, OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 (All related projects within department) with their respective program managers.
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Internship Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Chemical Science ,Preferably 0 –1 years of experience.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Good IT skills: MS Office 2010 is a must. Other video editing or graphics software is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of Mechanics (to be accurate on the information put into the modules).
- Dynamic and Proactive, Presentation Skills, Detail-Oriented.
