Entity: ADI
Location: Maadi, Egypt
Dates: 13/8/17 - 7/9/17
Project Scope :
The scope of this internship is to deepen your knowledge and skills in the Analog IC domain. This will be applied towards building an RF Transceiver. Interns will then have priority to join ADI graduation project next year. The graduation project will be in the area of RF transceivers. During the internship:
- Students will be given RF lectures and design tutorials of various RF blocks (LNA, Mixer, VGA, ..)
- Students will be trained to use RF Design and IC Flow tools (ADS, Cadence, Sonnet, EMX, …)
This internship/ graduation project program was successfully done before, and many of the interns end up being hired at ADI as designers through this program.
Internship Requirements
Qualifications:
- Electronics Eng undergrad registered at an accredited Egyptian University
- Must be expected to graduate in July 2018
- GPA > 3.0 (Very Good+)
- Reside in Cairo
- Good knowledge and experience in electronic circuit design
- Knowledge and experience in the following is a plus:
- Analog electronic circuit design
- Using Circuit Simulators
- Be punctual and meets delivery deadlines
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and work towards objectives without close supervision.
- Desire for personal success and that of your team/company.
