Job Description:
- You will be required to communicate with customers from around the world over phone calls, text chats, emails and other means where necessary such as social media.
- You will be responsible for understanding the problems the customers are facing, investigate independently or with help of other team members, find a resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Tie up with schools and colleges, conduct seminars and workshops at school.
- Generate revenue from above activities. Other marketing activities.
- Make strategic recommendations relating to audience acquisition and engagement through online media.
- Create, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms (Facebook,Twitter, Google Ads etc.)
The intern will learn:
