Job Description: Design Architect
We are seeking a talented and driven Design Architect Intern to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative environment. The intern will work closely with our team of architects and designers, contributing to the conceptual, schematic, and design development stages of various architectural projects. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable insights into the design process, from initial ideation to final presentations, with a strong focus on creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and development of architectural designs and concepts using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct research on design precedents, materials, and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare 2D and 3D presentations and diagrams to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine design ideas and incorporate feedback.
- Support the preparation of design presentations, including renderings, diagrams, and mood boards.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings to gain real-world insights and knowledge.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation as needed.

Internship Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and modeling software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo) is a plus.
- Strong creative and visualization skills with an eye for detail and precision.
- Basic understanding of architectural principles and design trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive and proactive attitude.
