Job Description
Assist in preparing preliminary design concepts and presentations.
Prepare and develop schematic designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
Contribute to design development and the preparation of coordinated architectural drawing packages.
Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback from the responsible team.
Coordinate architectural work with other project disciplines.
Adhere to project standards, design guidelines, and technical office procedures
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Applied Arts.
Recent graduate or up to one year of practical experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D design and visualization software is mandatory.
Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
Precision, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and work within a team.
Interest or architectural knowledge regarding healthcare projects, operating rooms, or cleanrooms is preferred.
