We are looking for talenteding fresh graduates to join our talent program
Emaar Talent Program Description:
Talent Program offers an intensive one year practical experience. Talents receive an in-depth induction, on-the-job learning, and a formal practical training, along with ongoing support and mentoring from direct managers.
The Objective of the Program:
- Cross-trains Talents: Talents will gain a better understanding of the different roles and the ‘big picture’, which can help understand how the organization operates.
- Unleash full potential and prepare future calibers for future challenges and providing them a broader experience.
