Internship Description
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Prices & Compare the customer’s PO with system data and apply the required action.
- Prepare activation order form and share with sales team.
- Follow up on the returns and missed cases cycle.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience 1-2 years in similar Job.
- MS office - Excel (Advanced Level)
- Fluent English (Speaking & Writing)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Odoo Background is preferable.
- Agility to learn.
