- Ace Up the Capital of Brazil and develop business in a Brazilian startup located in our capital! This project was created in order to empower all the potential this young, innovative and fast city is known for. The entrepreneurial ecosystem in Brasília is to be aced up with your help, bringing the diversity needed to Lead the Capital. 50 years in 5 was the motto of this city's construction and is what we are bringing back with Ace Up the Capital project. The intern will learn:

Help develop the Human Resources process in the Startup

Map and help improve the organizational culture of the Startup

Lead inductions and training with collaborators

Collect and analyze achievements and productivity data

Help organize selection processes and prospect potential collaborators

Innovate and raise productivity, help improve the Startup's bottlenecks in terms of Human Resources
