Internship Description
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely and professional manner.
