Role description
This opportunity involves socio-psychology related work as well as marketing management related work to formulate strategies that incorporate psychological and sociological factors which influence people. Applicant needs to analyze the impact of different causes on marketing aspects. Corporate involvement in cause campaign and how it creates a market for their product/services. Role of corporate social responsibility through cause-related, marketing.
Main activities

Assess and apply their strengths in subject matter,

Data collection through questionnaire and Analysis through PLS-SEM for cause-related marketing

Explore the various factors of consumer behavior in connection with social psychological aspects

Collect data for the above through survey

Investigation on the individual, group, and team behavior in the organization and its impact analysis

Data is collected through direct consultation with the organization.
