Mall Operations

Position Summary

• The Operations Personnel member helps keep the mall safe, clean, and running smoothly every day. You will be the on-the-ground link between management, tenants, contractors, and visitors, making sure common areas, facilities, and services meet the mall's standards and that issues are resolved quickly.

Daily Operations

• Open and close the mall according to schedule, completing opening and closing checklists.

• Patrol common areas, parking, entrances, and service corridors to check cleanliness, safety, lighting, signage, and general condition.

• Monitor the flow of visitors and vehicles, and report congestion or hazards.

• Log and report maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, escalators, elevators, fire systems) and follow up until resolved.

• Coordinate with technical teams, cleaning contractors, and external vendors, and supervise their work on site.

• Assist with routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Make sure restrooms, food courts, and public spaces are consistently clean and stocked.

• Serve as a first point of contact for tenant operational needs, such as deliveries, waste disposal, and access requests.

• Check that tenants follow mall rules on opening hours, signage, storefront standards, and loading procedures.

• Escalate tenant concerns and violations to the Operations Manager.

• Take part in emergency drills and assist during emergencies, including evacuations, first aid response, and incident reporting.

• Maintain daily logs, checklists, and operational reports.
