Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements related to the company.
Following up on legal cases and coordinating with external legal consultants.
Providing legal support and consultations to various departments.
Following up on registration procedures and licenses related to real estate projects.
Ensuring the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Handling legal issues and resolving disputes efficiently.
Preparing legal memoranda and reports required by management.
Following up on contracts related to suppliers, clients, and contractors
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law
5–7 years of experience, preferably in the real estate development field
Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial laws
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
