Sell domestic tourism packages and airline tickets to individuals, families, groups, and corporate clients.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and in person.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages and travel options.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers through to sale closure.
Make and confirm hotel, flight, transportation, and travel service reservations.
Find the best flight routes and fares, and handle changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Build a new customer base while retaining existing clients and encouraging repeat business.
Follow up with customers before and after travel, and resolve complaints.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments in line with company policies.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and other suppliers.
Monitor market prices, offers, and competitor activity.
Maintain customer and booking records, and prepare regular sales reports.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism and Hospitality.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic tourism and airline ticket sales at a travel agency.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian destinations, such as Sharm El-Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, the North Coast, Luxor, and Aswan.
Ability to use airline reservation systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings at once.
An existing customer base or market network is preferred.
