ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Monitoring & Inspection:
- Perform inspections and tests on raw materials, incoming in-process goods, and finished products according to established procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure they adhere to quality standards and specifications.
- Use appropriate measuring and testing equipment to verify product dimensions and functionality.
- Support the evaluation of the precision and accuracy of production and analytical equipment.
Documentation & Data Management:
- Document inspection and test results instantly, accurately, and clearly in quality logs and reports.
- Retain materials, products, and data related to product quality, process reliability, and non-conformance.
- Assist in the design and development of forms and instructions for quality evaluations and reporting.
Non-Conformance & Problem-Solving:
- Identify non-conforming products and assist in initiating containment actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality failures and deviations.
- Contribute ideas for corrective and preventive actions.

System Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Assist in the development and initiation of new quality standards and protocols.
- Learn and apply lean six sigma principles to help drive continuous improvement projects.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedural protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in quality control in the manufacturing sector.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English.
- 9 hours based shifts.
- Location: Preference for candidates residing in Giza.
Preferred skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
