About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager. This role is key in keeping things running smoothly—managing schedules, coordinating communications, and helping prioritize daily tasks. You’ll be the GM’s right hand, making sure their day is organized and efficient, while fostering a positive and professional working environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the GM’s calendar and appointments, ensuring they can focus on what matters most.
Coordinate travel plans, including flights and accommodation, to make business trips hassle-free.
Draft, review, and organize emails, reports, and presentations with care and attention to detail.
Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Help plan meetings, events, and important company activities to keep everyone connected.
Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Track action items and deadlines to keep projects moving forward.
Support the GM with ad hoc tasks and projects, always ready to step in where needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leaders.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
Strong communication skills—both written and spoken—in English.
Confident with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
A proactive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
Friendly, approachable, and a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments.

Bonus Points:

Experience in a fast-paced environment or related industry.
Additional languages are a plus.
