As we expand, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Farm Manager – Orchard Fields to oversee the cultivation and production of tropical fruits such as mango, banana, and avocado.

The Opportunity

In this field-based leadership role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of orchard management—from planning and planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling. You will drive productivity, crop quality, and resource efficiency while ensuring that all farming practices align with both local and international standards.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily operations across orchard fields, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and pruning, tailored to mango, banana, and avocado crops.
Lead and coach the field team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality crop outcomes.
Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize growing conditions and yield.
Coordinate with agronomy, logistics, and supply chain teams to align farm activities with harvesting and distribution schedules.
Implement and monitor compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), health and safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee resource planning, labor allocation, and cost control to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
